Does anyone have any ideas on what VTSI receives for a single Gander Mountain Academy setup?

Thanks for your response. Two thoughts/questions

1. "All I care about currently, regarding the RS, is whether we truely lost $4M because of the low stock price."
A continuation of this thought might be... and if we did lose sales does it require a 100 to 1 split? Could say, a 25 to 1 or 10 to 1 split have an equally good outcome for sales and still maintain substantially more equity for me?

2. "Yes, it would probably mean a much lower value for current shareholders, but I cannot cloud my emotions by thinking Virtra is the same high risk, high reward investment it was many years ago."

Why? Why are you giving up on the potential of the rewards you saw in Virtra all of these years...because the company is telling you to. You are willing to put a nonliving entity and its financial health above your own?

"Now they tell you we can fix it all with a reverse split."

Please show me where they say this? What I heard was they think the penny stock price might be hurting sales, and that's about it. Their solution is to do an RS.

How did we lose $4 million? We never had it to begin with! Stock was trading +-7.5 cents before this came out, and its trading about the same today.

We won't get much higher on a sustained basis until they start delivering blockbuster earnings reports that forces the price higher, based on the current PE of 12 or so. Doesn't matter where we are located. Pinks, OTC or NASDAQ. Doesn't matter about the price, either.

When VTSI starts demonstrating they are a GROWTH company the market will sit up and take notice. It would help to have a price of $7.70 to start since that would open up investing to many more investors.

But nothing is going to matter unless they deliver on sales and earnings.

All the rest is just fluff.

As for taking the company private I do not see how Bob has the resources to do that. Furthermore, the fastest way for Bob to realize full value to his shares is for the price to rise substantially.

We are back to sales and earnings growth.

Its ALL that matters.
