Advertisers will pay through the nose for access to penetrate to the right audience. We can all agree the major advertisers have the cash to pay for the ads. Let's assume they do pay. The tapes we saw show major brands on buses and in that station. The problem is what happens once the cash arrives.

I am suspect, knowing what Dorothy wrote, that if CCME is willing to lie about one material fact, it may have lied about others. For example, they may have told individual advertisers they were advertising their products or brands more that they did. Perhaps they over-billed. Proving over-billing would be really hard for the advertisers. They'd literally have to ride hundreds of buses to know fro sure. They could do estimates based on a small sample size, that's about it.

Then there are those who say the advertisers (or the vast majority of advertisers) never existed. We know Ping said they are real. She called numbers provided by the company. Would love to see her (Global Hunter's) phone bill as well as the numbers/contacts she was provided.

I know one shareholder who literally got a company he dealt with a lot to place an ad on a CCME bus. I'm going to ask him to comment further on that as it wold help shed some light on the subject. I want to know how he knew for sure the ad actually ran on certain buses or did he/they just take company's word for it.

This is a reply I got from a sales rep at the Yusong company, the supplier of LCD screens that MW referenced in his piece. I went back and forth trying to get the rep to give me CCME as a referencable customer or at least give me the stats in terms of purchases. This was his response:

1. China Media Express is the only company that authorized by China Government and Main business is Bus Audio media system. It has many companies in China.

2. Normally this company bought bus lcd monitors from several different company including us. We offer service to them,After they install the bus monitors on the bus, Then a lot company who want to broadcast the advertisement or programme need to pay for them . We also sell a lot bus monitors to them, But I am not sure how many we sold to them every year, Maybe between 3000-4000pcs.

3. I see your photo, and I know Where the photo from It is a Video that made by an foreign customer. That products is what we make, It is a bus monitor, And linked to a hard disc player(in the front of the car) . Then it can broadcast the advertisement.

4. I recommend you our 15” bus monitor with Hard disc player 15 inch we have manual model and fixed model, pls see attached photo.

5. The Failure/downtime rates is about 0.5%, The usage time of the screem is 50000hours.

6. We always recommend customer buy one piece to test quality but not to ask our other customers,also we seldom disclose customer's info to other customer, hope you can understand. The products will show the all function for you.
