Tell that to FMCN. They put LCD panels on buildings and in elevators. Their margins are close to 80% and expected to increase over the next couple years. Does that seem plausible? Well Goldman certainly thinks so.

Anyone who says that CCME can’t have margins in the 70% range has to overlook what FMCN is making on their LCD screens. The same argument for”low barrier to entry” can be used for FMCN.

VISN has stated in their last quarterly report that about 70% of all their expenses are paying for their content. That is something that CCME does not have to pay for.
