I updated the share structure in the ibox per the TA email. I then modified the float with the delta between the previous and new restricted and kept the closely held shares constant. Perhaps this was not what you wish to be done, but it is all the information that is available. The closely held number was from the ir folks some while ago and may have changed, but ir has not indicated such. Hope this answers your questions.
Since I have not yet seen any evidence of bad faith from the company or in the charts I am not so concerned with those details as you are.
We have been promised full disclosure and they have kept their promises in the past (although somewhat belatedly due to the accountant issues).
I am simply not going to sit on a message board and micromanage the company, that is silly. I have had questions, I have asked them. I have had concerns and I have emailed Peter directly. I expect him to consider those concerns an make the best decision he can regardless of whether he agrees with me or not.
