However, I remember that NukeJohn subsequently posted that a court clerk confirmed that the revised brief filings from all parties had been received.

The revised redacted briefs were filed on January 26th, so the decision could now come out at any time. All of the parties filed on January 26th. I not only checked this and posted it from Pacer, I confirmed it with a clerk at the court before I posted it.

It has already happend. It was pointed out in a PACEr filing.eom
