| Investment Philosophy: | LTBH on stocks that have a significant competitive advantage (like patents) or a unique core competency. I prefer a LTBH strategy, but will occasionally trade in and out short term based on specific catalysts (i.e. court news). My favorite stock is RCPI. It is an unbelievable buy under .02, as it has been manipulated down in 2016. This stock has the potential to be >$50 in 3 years. |
| Hobby: | I follow patent litigation stocks. I read the briefs, I attend hearings, CMC's, and trials whenever possible. I have attended over 40 oral arguments at the CAFC, and I have a good feel for most of the CAFC judges and their body language. I go to the ITC, the CAFC and the Supreme Court when I am in Washington DC to review the dockets and make copies of briefs (not on PACER). |
