Mr Long I have made a point to read your post and i appreciate the time and effort you have put into the DD you provide to this board. I agree with you that a R/S is not needed at this time or maybe not needed at all. I think that a creative CEO and Board could come up with a better solution to close the cryo-mex deal and become cash flow positive without dissing the shareholders that help get them to this point. I too will be voting no to this R/S and i talked to several other small investors in this stock and they too are voting no to this proposal. Thanks for all you do and keep up the good work.

I completely disagree with your post Mr. L.

I believe the CEO clearly addressed the idea that the little shareholder is going to be carried to the finish line by the larger investors/bigger trading board. It is how the CEO says we move forward.

Pit, who says no one wants to give us a serious look, is being answered as to how the CEO is going to get the "significant" investor on board. Pit gets his wish.

Do the share price after the split, with CCmex signed. Without the "emotional" baggage of the R/S. Just the numbers, not the stigma.

It's not the 100pps, but it is well worth the time.

You are quite correct Mr. Long. None of us small and insignificant investors will profit by this if we hold through the MASSIVE REVERSE SPLIT.

I have been telling everyone here what was going to happen, but nobody would listen. They kept talking about buy back. Well, it's basic understanding that you need CAPITAL to perform a buyback. You have to be profitable to do that. CBAI in its life HAS NEVER BEEN A PROFITABLE COMPANY. How are you supposed to do a buyback when you can't even show $1 in the black in any quarter of operation?? It just doesn't make sense to think otherwise.

It's very clear what is going on. Matt is out of money. It's obvious. In order to keep his stinky company afloat he has to do this so he can further dilute. It's basic knowledge. Otherwise there's no hope of even closing CMEX.

Anyone who thinks that after the split the PPS will be above $2 is dreaming!! Oh yeah, this PPS will be lucky to stay above $1 after the dust settles. I think Matt knows this.

It will be a long time before he can uplist.

It will be an even longer time for us insignificant share holders to ever find value here.

The writing has been on the wall for a long time now.

Vote NO to appease your conscience. But we all know the split will go through regardless.

Yes, there is a possibility that the RS ratio may be changed, but I don't see a lot happening in 2 months for Matt to change his tune. He has stated a 500:1 and that will be it.

So, if I were you, I would hope for a little movement up in the PPS before the dreaded split and cash out. Then buy back when the stock has settled after the split. That is if you can still believe in this CEO who is out to steal money from the small investor and put it into his and his wife's pockets.

So sad.

Amen MrLong! I want to see proof in numbers as to how the R/S will benefit me. I want it to be more grandular than Assets and Liabilities. Tell me the new business model that is so different than the existing that will turn this stock around. Where is the profit coming from and how much will CBAI have to pay down debit. I need to be convinced. My vote is 2 million No's until then.

I'm with you ML...what do you think of the possiblity CBAI could be bought out by big Pharm if there are enough NO votes to halt the R/S?...or possibly a merger with a company that already HAS enough cash to get the job done?

MrLong, If Matt and company have retired all the Convertible Debentures they entered into through our investment into the company, that would be a good position to be in. Our investment would be owning real unabated shares in the company.

Now, if the RS does go through along with an Uplist, then new money invested comes by way of straight up purchase of shares from the float that the company will control and we could go North instead of South.

Isn't that the Idea Matt is trying to put into our heads?

Get away from the Stinky Pinky way of doing business for financing and go to where the value for the company is really shown and appreciated, therefore creating interest and investment Dollars into the company.

I like your ideas for revenue generation by the company. But, they need to escape the Sharks that finance the Penny Stock company's by way of Convertible Financing and go where they will be free to grow and prosper.

The Sharks actually cannot lose due to there short selling of the stock they Fund Into. Notice, Id did not say Invest Into. That makes it a full circle deal for the Sharks and we as Penny Investors instead of Penny Traders come out on the short end of the stick every time.

If this company is truly different from 99% of the Pinky Stocks out there, we will see success no matter how many shares a holder has in their trading account. IMO
