Agent, carried how and by whom to what height? The small guy carried the weight of CBAI all these years. This 500:1 RS preliminary proxy is not a very good thank you response by management or the BoD. There is no information to go by to trust.

The DW info is bogus. Neck says it was against the idea of the whole court DW connection presented... a lil' late to pull it back but I guess no better time than the present. The agenda is clear. The intent is specific until more information detailing a clear reward strategy to current shareholders then it is presumed there is no intent to reward any present shareholder. Carry who to the end? We have carried it! To what end? Clarification is very important. If it doesn't come my vote is simply No.
