The 500:1 RS is a voracious appetite to acquire shareholder $$ for pennies. Vote Yes you consent to making a cash donation to CBAI. I didn't invest to donate. I invested to profit... Simple. The company is attempting to raid ALL shareholder value. If the price sits at .004 for too long then that means the market has responded to company direction. It's not impressed with the model presented - Annuity. Again the Pit was correct in his interpretation of performance. If the future is more of the same with a reset in a 500:1 RS who is going to vote for more of that? Really!

The video said nothing to inspire because it did nothing to tell current shareholders how they would benefit. It talked about CBAI wanting bigger investors but the present shareholder debt prevents their entry... So the idea is tell current investors to donate your money for the CBAI cause. Not! No RS pay it down with profits and worship my investment to help build it. The company used my cash to get here. It's dropping the ball with the Reward. Fix it!

That's a hell to the 'No' on making a cash donation! Is it really that hard to understand no roadmap, no guarantees means I am donating for the sake of the CBAI strategic investor. Not me...

How about taking care of this investor First. The RS does nothing to benefit me... No value.

Locks, Sun or Neck if you know please demonstrate how I profit from the massive RS. The CEO couldn't offer my benefit in a video. I presume based on the video there is no benefit to me voting Yes. List the benefits... I doubt you can.

If we are profitable finally pay down the shareholder 5.7B debt the right way.
