Can't recall IDCC ever making an anouncement seven days prior to option expiration. Would be surprised if the Court was not made aware of this 'Policy'.
If the average elapsed time from oral arguments to a CAFC decision was 132.7 days,why do people here think we are going to see something any day soon? seems to me its going to be a month or 2 using past results
NukeJohn or others: Like everyone else I am waiting for the CAFC ruling. NukeJohn has stated that he believes a ruling will come sooner rather than later. Of the rulings that have been coming out the last week or two, are they in the "130 day" range of post-orals time frame? Are some in the 30-60 day range? Is it truly reasonable to expect a ruling anytime in the coming weeks? Just curious.
