Nokiashill...Well, it's going to happen sometime at about 11:00 EST... I guess what you're saying is that you do not care to have this type of information as soon as possible? OK, so I am going to try to remember to post it but only when the decision happens. In the meantime, I am going to look at it myself everyday, just as part of due diligence, because it will immediately set the tone for the near term PPS change when the decision finally comes out. In the meantime, after 11:00 EST each weekday, I am a little secure -- having no great concern about whether the PPS would fall like a rock, or soar high based on the CAFC decision.

If the average elapsed time from oral arguments to a CAFC decision was 132.7 days,why do people here think we are going to see something any day soon? seems to me its going to be a month or 2 using past results

JimLur, I saw that you posted the same info today. Thanks for posting it as well, but maybe people here are content on just sitting tight on their positions and do not really care about getting information fast.

We always seem to wonder why the trading is going one way or the other; and seemingly some do not really care for anything but when we get to "the moon", whatever that price might suggest. But having said that, I am grateful for the new sticky postings about IDCC data and for whatever new material NJ, Jimspaesq, you and others have provided. Thanks for all you do in the interest of all.
