Fog: Honestly IMHO the Court could not care less about the effect of their decision on the Market. Not their job! And particularly when it comes to options. This is a CAFC announcment when it comes NOT a Company announcement.

Can't recall IDCC ever making an anouncement seven days prior to option expiration. Would be surprised if the Court was not made aware of this 'Policy'.

Fog1937, IDCC made few announcements in the past on the day of expiration (the partial win in UK court against NOK being one of them)if I remember right. I understand that you were kidding, but just clarifying it for others.
