That's not what I'm hearing. GP Gauthier is working behind the scene all right but for Gordon Bain while Gib is discouraged and depressed considering the company as done. With only 2 people that aren't taking to each other on the BOD, what kind of surprise would they be preparing? I just don't know if this is not just wishful thinking. I say that the member of the BOD who are not working actively working at saving the shareholders should either resign or face lawsuits for failure to protect us. That's my promise to the BOD.
doog....we have no way of knowing how many retail investors sought legal opinions...and were told by their attorney that when you invest in a company where all the regulatory agencies have posted warnings (Buyer Beware)...and you ignore their printed warnings...you have little recourse regardless of the lies you were told by the CEO. Any judge would laugh your attorney out of the court.
How many investors have tucked tail for that same reason in how many pinky stocks?? There are seldom any assets left to fight over in Caveat Emptor land.
