The crooks who ran this company were finally charged:

Montréal, April 24, 2014 – Raphaël Huppé, 36, of Laval, and Manon Chiasson, 38, of Mirabel, allegedly carried out a scam that defrauded hundreds of investors. The investigation revealed that investors injected more than $4 million in Effective Control Transport Inc. (ECT), previously known as Media City Corp, a company listed on the stock market under EFFC, previously MCCY. This financial market fraud was uncovered by the Integrated Market Enforcement Team (IMET).

It depends. There were 200 or so stocks suspended together with this one. Now it depends on the companies reaction and disclosure to the SEC. Some of them will trade on the grey market again, some of them will get revoked for good. That's how it usually works.

Loss of money to all stuckholders, cause in my 13 years of being in the market i have never seen a stock come out of suspension! When the SEC suspends a stock its because of fraud and the stock is just history, loss to all holders.

Read back through the earlier posts and you will discover that Mr. Huppe is no longer involved in this shell as he lost everything he controlled in bankruptcy. It was determined in a court of law that he obtained the 'invention' through nefarious actions.

Robert Transport was hoodwinked by the company to attempt to legitimize the actions of Mr. Huppe and his associates.
