Oh ya I totally agree with everything you're saying there kenny...but back at the time of the 5 white knights savior plan I was telling the s/h's to seek their own legal opinions about how best to handle the ugly chain of events that lead up to 5 amigos revelations exposing all of RH's shenanigans. So if 18 months ago the s/h's combined forces and worked with Bruno on attempting to find solutions by appointing qualified directors who hadn't just spent the past 2 years working side by side with the exposed scammer RH...then PERHAPS they would've stood a fighting chance.
But when all the s/h's wanted to do was blindly trust the 5 amigos the writing was on the wall which is unfortunate...but exactly like you stated...their own choice to ignore all the many red flags glty
