Look closer at my post Prove_It2 cuz that entire bottom section was a post from over a year ago k. Where at the time I was warning the remaining s/h's to seek out their own legal advice instead of just blindly following or assuming the 5 EFFC friends were going to be able to do the right thing for them.

As it turns out all the 5 amigos(effc directors) did was infight and spin behind the scenes baloney tales about all this grandiose stuff they were gonna do...when in the end none of them implemented anything publicly and/or plausible to save the remaining s/h's as you well know.

So at this midnight hour there's little hope left for the remaining s/h's but at least you post objectively instead of blindly assuming that anything in pos-land just magically works out with TOTALLY INCOMPENTENT people at the helm glty
