Hey Wamook, Vert is used alot by a companies to sell their shares through....especially, when you see Vert parked on the ask and wont budge even with a large amount of buying....when the buying starts to slow down, and you see Vert start bringing the ask down, that is also a pretty good it is the company diluting...Hope this helps...:-)
VERT is used by people/companies/groups to dump shares on ya ... that is VERTS main business last few years... before that it was another "MM" but too many people caught on to that MM and they went away and it went to VERT ;-)
Does NOT mean that if VERT is dumping on ya, it can not run again... they do all the time if they leave temporarily or for good... etc... but a very good MM to watch to get indications of what it may or may not do within the periods of watching what the hell VERT is doin' lol ;-)
