VERT is used by people/companies/groups to dump shares on ya ... that is VERTS main business last few years... before that it was another "MM" but too many people caught on to that MM and they went away and it went to VERT 
Does NOT mean that if VERT is dumping on ya, it can not run again... they do all the time if they leave temporarily or for good... etc... but a very good MM to watch to get indications of what it may or may not do within the periods of watching what the hell VERT is doin' lol
