Hey Wamook, Vert is used alot by a companies to sell their shares through....especially, when you see Vert parked on the ask and wont budge even with a large amount of buying....when the buying starts to slow down, and you see Vert start bringing the ask down, that is also a pretty good it is the company diluting...Hope this helps...
