I'm reading that as VERT.. A market maker?? is selling shares.. And it's not shorting, it's diluting....

It's diluting what?? with what??

BTW I completely agree with you about people blaming "shorty" for the stuff they don't understand. NEW Board traders are usually very paranoid about those infernal short sellers who are responsible for all their losses.
