Well stated, bankonit... my thoughts exactly, and why I continue to invest while the shares are cheap.

After a number of false starts, the company finally has all the pieces in place to make this work.

Some investors lives are about to be drastically changed for the better. For those who spend their entire existance hoping they see the company fail, there will be plenty of Crow Pie to enjoy.

The cool fall is a fine time to enjoy some steaming hot Crow Pie.

lots of possibilities there, but I am not sure history wont repeat itself and this will become clear one way or the other. if officers had only restricted shares like they were offering current shareholders I may have more confidence in them. new management can be touted by results, which we are waiting for. im ready to pull the trigger one way or the other, no hurry as anyone has seen.

Bankinonit -

Great post!! Excellent analysis on the three critical points of where we are today. 1) Why would Clark & Estrella come onboard;
2)What is needed for the SEC/IRS issues to go away (short-term objective); 3) What is required for Sanswire to grow into a viable operation, thus making it an attractive target for merger/acquision (long-term objective).

Bottom line - I feel a plan has been put in place and steps are in process for allow mgmt team to be successful and to build on the sucess in the future..........it is only a matter of time!!

"They've worked hand in hand for many years and they know how to work together to create winning corporate outcomes - plain and simple."

Really. Please elaborate on EXACTLY these deals that they have worked on together that created "winning corporate outcomes". SPECIFICALLY name the "winning corporate outcome" deals.

The reason I ask this is obvious. For many years, ADGI/Globetel/Sanswire has appointed people to different positions in the company. Invariably, the board pundits here have jumped on the bandwagon and shouted out the names of these people as saviours.....saying their backgrounds were wonderful.....how much they had "accomplished" and how their sure hands would guide SNSR.

The same thing is going on with these two. Yes...one would have to say they seem to be better qualifed as businessmen than those who went before them. Yes....they have worked for bonafide firms in the financial industry. I have read their bios. Post them if you want to. I have read them.

But - exactly what STELLAR deals have they engineered that has caught wall streets fancy? What EXACTLY have they done that is so special and so wonderful, other than heading up a few (rather minor) divisions of these companies?

Elaborate.

"Sanswire looks to be a takeover target. This is the end game for all of us and Clark and Estrella have known this all along."

I could see that if Sanswires only interest was military, homeland security, etc, but why Sanswires involvement with GTC and GSAT.
Building airships can only take you so far, telecommunication is where the money is at. So a group who takes over Sanswire would need to be a telecommunication company first and a military airship suppler second. This was,is the whole goal not takeover.
