Delisting is quite possible, but actually what you're all really talking about is suspension of trading. And guess what, that's also quite possible.
There seems to be a deadline looming here, after which time a settlement would not be possible. The company has not settled yet, the company has not revoked the preferred shares, the company is still in bed (legally) with Montegrosso and his little Vargasito. The company has not amply demonstrated IMO that it has moved away from the practices and corporate culture that got it into trouble in the first place.
Simply put, suspension of trading means we're all out of luck. The company's assets could be picked up by another company, and guess what else.. without the revocation of the preferred shares, guess who WILL get paid if that happens- the preferred shareholders. Hmmm, who are they again?
