WW...The company has a constant problem raising money...yet amazingly has.

There are only two ways it has been accomplished to date, that I know about.

An occasional GTC thing. (I think that's all done). And it's kinda tied into the next line.

And ongoing private funding that has not closed since early 2008, and thus the shares done so are not registered...comes in on hope and faith in dribs and drabs, drummed up by a major fund raiser and buyer.

That's it...sport fan.

JMO...but you know of more? Pour it on.

Despite this, a de-listing is still a very real possibility given they go to trial. How can you say that is not possible?
