Bird,

Relax. Joe has always been a huge problem here. I've utterly failed in my attempts to try to get him to change to a more civil personality. I have no problems with debates. but I have a problem with flame wars that get out of hand. He lives and breathes them. And that is what I don't like about it.

Most people instantly get the boot for that. But, I know Joe is intelligent and I know he can talk stocks. That's the only reason I keep him around. I'm hoping that maybe Koikaze can beat some sense in to him.

The offer was withdrawn because I was stepping on toes. I wanted Koi to deal with him and take his best shot. In the process of him doing that, mid stream, I jumped in the middle. So I pulled out when I realized what I did. Give Fred a chance. I'm curious to see if he can turn the weasel into a force to be reckoned with.

BoP,

I always respect your opinions, BoP, but I think you're being too hard on Fred. IMO he has made every effort to help Joe and be very calm and clear about what is expected of him in the way of behavior change.

BOP,

You and I agree on this issue concerning Fred.

I were ever put in a position where I had to negotiate with that idiot, I would leave first.

But:

I fear you would top Bob in the Bad Admin department.

On that issue, I must disagree.

I got into many fights on SI and was "called on the carpet" by Bob. I explained my reasons for posting what I did and was never suspended.

I have been jailed on Ihub for one day, but again, once I explained my position and aplogized, was set free.

And again I agree with you on Joe. We have had some knock down drag out fights, but I still like him and believe he can be an asset to the community.

Anyway,

Have fun,
Phil
