Possibly. I think that one rides that fine line since I was using it as a possible explanation for what may be happening on ACDU. However, I really don't think it is a good one. I just think people have been waiting so long that some are giving up and moving on. And until something happens there wont be too many new eyes on this. So until then we sit in this range. That seems like the best explanation for it.
ACDU does have some restricted shares from old shareholders that people could potentially ask to be unrestricted. They list the number in their press releases, I think it was 70 million or something but don't remember off the top of my head.
Since they put it in every PR, its probably not an issue for us.
