Possibly. I think that one rides that fine line since I was using it as a possible explanation for what may be happening on ACDU. However, I really don't think it is a good one. I just think people have been waiting so long that some are giving up and moving on. And until something happens there wont be too many new eyes on this. So until then we sit in this range. That seems like the best explanation for it.
