extrinsic55, I could not have said it any better. Amhi's management just does not have the ability to do this job right, it has been that way since Dr. Stucki became the CEO. For almost a year he has been saying figures will be out as soon as available, he just does not want us to know the actual status we are in. We shareholders are stuck, he has total control, and if we initiated a law suit or tried to remove him, he would take the company private. Down to 100,000 shares and holding just to always remind me of what can happen when one believes a CEO without their backing it up without legal declarations. My own thoughts.

Extrinic, I agree on somethings with you, but not all. I too think managment needs to wake up a little. Keep in mind that AMHI generates a significant amount of money for being a pinksheet company. As for the money AMHI claims some clinics owe, I did a little digging and it does seem AMHI has a valid case and should probably easily win if they go into court. After hitting up AMHI about yet another mess about the above, I have the impression AMHI now has a system in place, or will have a system in place soon where they will collect the fees directly. This is good for us investors, as well as makes it more of a reality AMHI will move back to the OTCBB.

I did ask if omnibodyscan is still alive, Stucki said yes and its working well. He claims it will be very well accepted as time goes on, but he gave me the impression that its different, aka change, and that makes it a little harder to penetrate. This is our risk.

All in all, I see nothing that shows AMHI is going broke. I see it gaining ground, SMALL, but gaining. AMHI is well undervalued if you compare it to other pinksheets, its just not as exciting right now. In my opinion, this will change. I, like most here, like to get into a stock before its big. We just got in a little too early.
