Mick/Raggs what world are you living in.. AMHI will never file to back on the otc.. They CAN'T.. The expense to file is to large and to top it off there is no need at this time to do so. The burden of filing would sink AMHI... Remember the company is down to around 8 or so clinics.. The revenue is falling and is just barely profitable.. What benefit would it serve to file and go back to the otc... NOTHING, NO, NEVER, ...
The first order of business is exactly what I have stated over and over again... Change managament with Dr. Stucki in the background and Pat gone.........gone ..... gone.... Then bring in somebody who has time and energy to spend increasing the clinic base and expanding options for the clinics to expand services... First and Foremost EXPAND, EXPAND, EXPAND, the services for the offices and stop just ambulance chasing.. What I mean is continue chasing clients but at the same time add services to bring in more clients..
You also can't just sell medical equipment when very few dollars are being made from the equipment and you sell limited quantities.. If your going to sell a product find uses to co-exist with that product and then utilize all forms of revenue around that product... and for Gosh Sake open your own clinics and use the product in house... there by showing the virtue of the product...
