actally I sent him a copy of the post here and he replied by sending me an answer he sent to an emailer that was pretty thorough(the questions...the answer could be all b.s.). Let's see if anything comes of this stuff. Either way we sit and wait..cause we have no choice. My shares are in IRA accounts so the loss is real, not on paper.
I do not know why some posters here think that amhi will turn into a shell. Dr. Stucki has mentionned that he was looking for some sort of merger or association not selling the company.
Some posters here better do some DD or phone calls before presuming anything.
