Raggs in the case of Omni, I believe sales is in the range of 5 to 20 and this is just a guess but even given the top line of 20 sales in what a year and a half at say an average of 10k a unit minus expenses does not make for a hefty profit margin let alone money enough to keep the lights on. Omni is a bandage in which very little is gained.. The only advantage that I see is utilizing that product among others to further extend the clinics reach with added services. Then not only do you have increased sales but making money from the use of the products in which they sell..
Now in light of financials and the lack there of and someone please let me know if you know otherwise, but income has been on the decline for years and to my knowledge that trend continues. As the good Dr. has stated AMHI losses would be a good purpose for someone to merge with this company. Never did he mention the fact of increasing sales projections or increasing clinics or adding services etc.. So I believe we can come to the conclusion that the Dr. is no longer working for this company to the extent of growing the business.. My belief and opinion still remains that the Dr. is attempting to sell the shell or merge with another entity to make money from the many shares of stock he holds and possible gain from someone else doing all the work. In most cases he may still hold a meager 5 percent interest in the new company. Basically he is retired from AMHI.. Just my opinion but he has given up and not willing to do the day to day.. The only hope for anyone who cares to hold this stock is that someone in the medical industry can find value in obtaining shares of this company.. and the Bad News is that who ever does buy the shell is it were to happen would more than likely do a reverse split possible 1 for 1000 or 5000 or more reducing the amount of shareholders. Of course 100 shares of a good company could be worth a lot more than 100000 of a company not producing or in limbo..
