I always thought you had to opt in to a Class action. Not opt out. Of course I would opt in . If given the chance. I just do not see how 15 shareholders can speak for all. Of course I hope I am wrong. I want us all to come out ok on this. I want Mike to then help us get rid of Sandy

What was the total O/S? 54 Billions right? So the 575 even though a large number is not majority. Just do not understand how they can speak for all of us?

As far as I know, the BKMP shareholders CAN speak for the whole as in a Class Action Suit. The thing is, everyone who had shares in TFN.... BKMP, Mike Garrow and the others are all in the same boat. Did you see the filing that was made by Mayhem? They want to take EVERY share of TFN away from everyone except themselves. I believe all BKMP shareholders will benefit (unless someone specifically asks out... but who would WANT Mayhem to steal the shares?).

~!~ DD - you don't have a clue and I respectfully ask that you stop immediately discussing anything about an alleged case, lawsuit or anything legal that is going on with bkmp until you can post a verifiable link to legal documents or court proceedings. To keep up your 'I think so' statements is a disservice to shareholders who read this board who may never even post here. And no, you aren't just talking about what a case can do for us, you are stating names and groups with no link to back you up, 2 different things....Nothing you posted is remotely helpful and almost comes off as pumping to sell shares, as they are still being traded.
People buy distressed shell shares all the time.
