In my days I have received several notices about a class action suit against company ABC and invariably it stated that if I wanted to be in it I had to do nothing, but if I wanted to drop out of it I had to do xyz.
At this point, we are only protecting our own interests. We will have to investigate further on what to do if we want to take some more steps. The lawyers, at this time, figured that the 15 would be enough for the courts to recognize there is an outcry from public shareholders.
Yeah, it seems to me Samai offered it to someone.... but I don't know if a ghost can pass that job on. LOL
