I always thought you had to opt in to a Class action. Not opt out. Of course I would opt in . If given the chance. I just do not see how 15 shareholders can speak for all. Of course I hope I am wrong. I want us all to come out ok on this. I want Mike to then help us get rid of Sandy

575 million BKMP shares represented among the 15.


What was the total O/S? 54 Billions right? So the 575 even though a large number is not majority. Just do not understand how they can speak for all of us?

Of course if asked I would opted in.
