OK. I understand FOIA. Don't know how it works in Canada though.

As far as I know, the BKMP shareholders CAN speak for the whole as in a Class Action Suit. The thing is, everyone who had shares in TFN.... BKMP, Mike Garrow and the others are all in the same boat. Did you see the filing that was made by Mayhem? They want to take EVERY share of TFN away from everyone except themselves. I believe all BKMP shareholders will benefit (unless someone specifically asks out... but who would WANT Mayhem to steal the shares?).
