JC - I believe you may be giving the lawyers way too much credit here. Waving $100K at a lawyer would be like dragging a $100 bill through a trailer park. "Show me the money" is their motto -- most of them only care about one color and that's GREEN.
I also find it amazing how many on this board continue to blindly have faith in Paul, et. all. Statements like.... "no way would they spend years on this to scam people now". Well, if in fact, Paul "walked" with $5-6 million - wouldn't this be worth a few years effort.... setting up the scam. Doubt many on this board have made this type money over the last few years.... I know I haven't..... It's very possilbe that this IS their Job/Vocation and we're their ticket to riches. JMHO
BTW, for anyone tracking such an issue -- when the dust settles on this (and we have a better idea exactly who was behind the scam), add me to the list of those willing to pop for a few hundred $$$ for a class action suit.
