Finally! A post with reason and common sense.

And from a Mod to boot.

Maybe we can sticky this..

Suing "the other scammer" is a perfect way to cover the actions if they were in it together. It gives you time to allow the old shareholders to move on and a quick and cheap out of court settlement or a dismissal before trial makes it easy to sweep everything under the rug.

If they picked up 10 million selling shares, what's wrong with spending a few 100k spent on lawyers to make a cover up look legit.

The other half of the story to this BioHarp deal is, it's not the first vanishing mystery medical device. As a matter of fact, if any trader/shareholder or potential anything wants to sum up Paul XMDC, all they have to do is click on news
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=news&cb=1268504007&selsrc[0]=prnus&selsrc[1]=djn&selsrc[2]=bw&selsrc[3]=globe&selsrc[4]=wilink_us&selsrc[5]=edgar&selsrc[6]=mwus&tot=31&symbol=USOTC%3AXMDC&pg=1&tot=40

and read back all the deals they have done that never worked out, for the shareholder, I'm sure it worked out for Paul XMDC, but not the shareholder.

Where's the beef, where's the previous success stories.

Where's the vanishing mystery medicals devices they are so famous for?

Where the heck is our money?

k9narc: I don't disagree with the logic of that statement, what better way to add additional mud to the water and murk everything up even more.

However, it comes back to the law firm they hired. Maybe I'm dreaming that a big reputable law firm would walk away from a case that has a scam tied to it. I guess I really don't know if they would take the 100K + in fees and not care about the possible reputational hit if it was a big scam. I would hope they would want to maintain a good reputaion, but you really never truely know.

I know you are in law enforcement and maybe you have investigated white collar crime, the one thing I have learned when I have completed investigations is that the money trail doesn't lie. It may twist and turn and really snake around but in the end the trail doesn't lie.

That is the area we don't know, who were the buyers and sellers, that is one of the million dollar questions along with does the device really work.

Bottom line I really have no frickin clue, but either I lose an addition 3K of my initial investment or it comes back and I regain my investment, only time will tell.

Maybe it just me but where it says the company has a clear path seems very misleading to me.
