They did when they provided the graph of commercial launches and the revenues expected and the share price projected.

When I spoke to Skymark they said first commercial will be launched and based on the revenues of that commercial the share price should be X. Then commercial 2 would be launched and based on revenues share price should be Y. I was never under the impression that commercial one would be released and then a waiting period and then it would be brought back to TV in a few weeks or maybe not at all.

I understand why the dark period is good and I think you assumed I was critizing it based on your comment. I am just saying that I originally never factored in the first product as a whole trial and error product, I just thought it would be released with a full blown marketing campaign.

Skymark stated that if revenues were at $20 mil we would be around $2.00 mark and based on the time frame I don't see this product selling 1,000,000+ products until late 2010.

The CEO said in the conference call that IF sales were going extremely well, they may decide not to break from the infomercial. Go back and listen if necessary.

So, 'going dark' is just them doing what they expected to. In other words, they did not blow the barn door off with sales this week. If they did, they said they might not go dark.

This is not bad news, it just is not exceedingly good news.
