Sheff - you post implies that DARA is selling shares as part of SUrgivision's IPO. Is this the case? I apologize if it was in your original material and I missed it.
If that is the case forget my other post, it would be clear how DARA gets cash immeidately.
The way that reads, there are not "other selling shareholders" (i.e. DARA) and if that is the case, DARA does not get cash, only a balance sheet bump. Have you seen anything subsequent to the 1/6/2010 notice above announcing the IPO that would indicate that DARA is in fact also selling the shares it holds, or that such shares are even registered for sale?
DARA looks good (in fact, I bought some today per your post) but I'd like to get clarity regarding what may happen and when, with the Surgivision shares DARA owns. From what I can see, the impact may not be immediate cash to DARA.
