Sheff - you post implies that DARA is selling shares as part of
SUrgivision's IPO. Is this the case? I apologize if it was in your original material and I missed it.

If that is the case forget my other post, it would be clear how DARA gets cash immeidately.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
