Sheff - as I read the IPO announcement on the Surgivision website, it says "all sahres are being offered by Surgivision through its underwriter".

The way that reads, there are not "other selling shareholders" (i.e. DARA) and if that is the case, DARA does not get cash, only a balance sheet bump. Have you seen anything subsequent to the 1/6/2010 notice above announcing the IPO that would indicate that DARA is in fact also selling the shares it holds, or that such shares are even registered for sale?

DARA looks good (in fact, I bought some today per your post) but I'd like to get clarity regarding what may happen and when, with the Surgivision shares DARA owns. From what I can see, the impact may not be immediate cash to DARA.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
