....what is the current O/S?

Thank you for your reply and let me clarify my question as you requested:

What is the current issued shares of CBYI?
Is the current authorized still 12 billion?
How many of the current issued shares are held by you, Pawson and/or Rice?
How many shares are currently in the float?
Who is the current T/A?

Great to here of your intention to reduce the Authorized from 12 billion but until we see if officials on the Nevada SOS, it will not be believed!

We will anxiously await the financials and the presentation, thank you!

You're not starting out on the right foot in my opinion when you answer the question about dilution by saying "4. No, heck no (that's not how I operate)", given the O/S count has already tripled since the reverse split (12B/5,000 = 24M). If you don't consider tripling the O/S as significant dilution, we're all still screwed.

no offense to you, and I certainly hope you do get this thing moving in the right direction, but words are words, and actions are actions. You can SAY you don't intend to dilute, but you've already done so, so why should we believe you?

I think it would help the shareholders cause if actual contact info was available on the company’s actual website regardless if it’s under construction or not.
I know you had said there were “technical difficulties” with the website….

However It’s been almost a month, so an update on how the website is coming along would be appreciated.
