I said the exact same thing but at this point he can START the new company off on the right foot by clarifying the share structure and by filing an amendment with the Nevada SOS ASAP to reduce the Authorized! Then he can put it out in a press release and then get the hell off this board! It would be a great, great start for him and him gaining credibility!
