With $CBYI-why do the annual filings and verified profile?

IMO- it would behoove ownership and management to take another look here and either figure out a merger candidate or present another acquisition. They owe the quarterly for 3/2023 and will soon owe the quarterly for 6/2023. Imo- all they need to do is issue those and this goes to PINK CURRENT. There has been very low volume for over 4 months and this continues to hover between .0001-.0002 pps.
They could easily present a solid opportunity here so I wonder why do what they did administratively 3 months ago - and then nothing yet presented to market ? Time shall tell. IMO- I will grab a few1’s and let them matriculate.

So, Joseph has now issued the fourth iteration of the 9/30 quarterly report. Just like he did for the 2nd quarter report. But the record is for the Q1 report which was submitted 5 times!
