Why sell now when you will soon have two billion shares to sell again? One can raise enough money to pay salaries and big bonuses with that many shares to sell, at any price!!!

But you are right, tommy.........either the German's came up with some capital for IDO in the deal, or they did their own MAJOR DD on IDO and felt that IDO would stay viable on their own for at least two years!! Only makes sense........
