Sorry, everyone........my replies aren't very timely today, as I've got a business to run and IHub is having trouble as well.

But you are right, tommy.........either the German's came up with some capital for IDO in the deal, or they did their own MAJOR DD on IDO and felt that IDO would stay viable on their own for at least two years!! Only makes sense........
