what I actually wanted was DD on why a sell would not work. Show me proof or reasons why it would not or could not be attractive for Mr. Goldberg to sell this Company at some point.
IMO Mr. Goldberg as Diluted the company too far Already and I think selling is his only option just based on the balance sheet. I think he could stand to make a couple mil and get a BOD with a nice Salary.
If he goes the way you guys say he with Ray he risks going to jail. even evil people don't want to go to jail.
