Neo, you should ask Goldberg about this PR!~ http://www.reuters.com/article/idUS91302+22-Jul-2008+BW20080722

Reuters
Rim Semiconductor Company Reduces Convertible Debt by 34%

RMSI sold 4 BILLION shares to reduce debt by 34%

Looks like 66% has yet to be paid!

No new shares have been issued since the 4billion sold out, so if the PR is accurate, someone is OWED big money by Willenberg!!!

"Mr. Willenberg was recommended to us by some of our largest institutional investors ( who have many millions tied up in our company)"
Evidently the millionaire investors have not heard the word on Willenberg? ROFLMAO!!!

It would be good to have an answer to this question. That doesn't seem like "sound business philosophy" to me!!!!
Thoughts?

Sorry, Neo, but I can't let that one stand as legit.

Mr. Goldberg says, "Mr. Willenberg was recommended by some of
our largest investors". You might ask him if he is speaking
of the likes of Isaac Winehouse in this case.

You might also ask Mr. Goldberg if he heed that terrific
advice before or after he had been made a director on Ray's
RSMI board. If afterwards, it would seem strange or devious
to claim the mutual backscratching came as a result of some
usury rate financiers.

"I found him to be knowledgeable about financing" and yet
he cannot produce his million dollar supposed order due to
a lack of corporate funds. Now that is truly funny!!

"Have a sound business philosophy" Again, a huge laugh. Ray
ran his company from $31 per share to .0001, got locked out
of his corporate office for non-payment of rent, lost his staff
for non-payment of wages, but he has a sound business philosophy??? LOL

RSMI was offered VC monies. Ray turned it down. Why???
Because to get the funds, he had to show the VC proof of
product which supposedly they had already submitted to Lucent.
So, rather than admit that there was no product, Ray declined
the funds giving a lame excuse of something like opening up
his secrets to competitors. (Another red flag when you hear
that one).

"Every press release issued by this company have been accurate
to a fault". Give me a break, Goldberg!! You know better
than that! Start with the Lucent test, Add the Maine test
that never happened, add the Milan meeting which was a huge
stack of lies, and maybe even toss in the one with the
photoshopped logo on another companies product. Sorry, Mr.
Goldberg, but you are rapidly moving into the same liar
category as are Ray and Brad.

cheers

PS Guinness is good for you

Hok,

I already wrote to Goldberg on this topic and had to resend my initial email twice and even added additional comments made by multiple people on this site regarding the atrocities that Ray has committed. Here was his reply:

"I feel by responding to this email, I am giving some level of credence to whatever negative comments have been made about Mr. Willenberg. I do not wish to demean Mr. Willenberg in that fashion but will answer so as not to let these negative comments stand as if they are a true measure of the man. Mr. Willenberg was recommended to us by some of our largest institutional investors ( who have many millions tied up in our company)and after speaking with him, I found him to be knowledgeable about financing, have a sound business philosophy and he also shared some of my conservative views on growth.
As you know, despite some great technical and business strides made by IDO over the last several months, the capital markets remain very tough for small growing companies like IDO. Mr. Willenberg brings additional contacts and expertise to me in this critical area.
It may be true that his company performed below expectations but so have many over the last year or so. That may have much more to do with market condition than be an accurate way to assess the competence of a Board member. If the shareholders, in the majority agree with those few negative comments, then Mr. Willenberg or any of the Board members will not be elected in our upcoming proxy.
I trust our shareholders will do whatever they feel is best for IDO and I will stand by their decision 100%.
For those other posted comments made by the person so negative on Mr. Willenberg, they are too absurd to be worthy of comment. Every filing and press release issued by this company has been accurate to a fault. If you will look on our website, the address and phone number of our new Israeli office is listed and not only have I been there but so have many others who do business with IDO.
Most Sincerely,
M Goldberg"

I hope this hepls clarify things for you. I will be curious as to what you think about his reaction. Enjoy the evening.

Neo

Until now I reserved ANY opinion about IDO and it's CEO. My comments were limited to that lying scum Ray Willinberg.

But if your CEO really believe that nonsense he wrote to you...well then he is as much a liar and scumbag as Willinberg.
