Revlis, i guess until you get a "3" in the stuff that nokia gets from IFX (which could imply IDCC), technically eric is. However having said that i've seen in other posts in which eric makes conjectures and states things setup nicely for this or that based on this (i'm paraphrasing) which was all you were doing, connecting dots where business opportunities "could" head.
In fact i expect you to do just what you did. You should keep talking till at least slacker shows up. lol
Could it be that part of the ongoing NOK/IDCC settlement discussions/negotiations could be an arrangement whereby NOK agrees to buy more IFX chips (with IDCC royalty attached) in return for a reduced cash price for their upcoming license?
