I made that suggestion yesterday but the usual negative crowd said that was not happening.

I totally disagreed. Both IDCC and Nokia would be stupid not to bring it up in the settlement talks. Nokia would bring it up in order to see how much IDCC would reduce its offer if a chip deal would be part of the settlement and IDCC would bring it up to increase the amount of money from the settlement.

I do not think it will be in any settlement terms but it will be a handshake type of deal.

No way. IDCC would gain a little more royalitys from chip sales but infineon would reap the lions share. What IDCC would gain on chip sales side would not offset loss on royality side. PUNKIN611
