The company according to the Nevada SOS raised the authorized shares from 200 billion to 500 billion in March of this year. There is absolutely no reason to do that IMO unless they planned on selling the shares.

t seems to me that if there is 400billion OS then it DOES indicate Naked Shorting. Explain to me how it's the other way around? Not being a smarty. Sincere question. I just don't understand the logic.

If CMKX has 400 billion shares out, which I believe it does, then getting a borrow shouldn't be a problem. So why take the risk of shorting naked?
